When the Product arrives at the address specified by the Lessee.

End of Rental Period

:

At the end of 30 calendar days following the delivery of the Product to the address specified by the Lessee.

Rental Fee

Rental Fee

50 (Fifty) Euro*

*- The rental fee includes VAT and covers the use of the Product for one month (thirty calendar days). If the Lessee returns the Product earlier than one month, the rental fee will still be charged in full as stated.

Deposit

:

340 (Three Hundred and Forty) Euro

Return Conditions

-        If the Product is returned by the Lessee, the return process begins on the day the Product is received by the Lessor and is carried out under the following conditions.

-        Upon receipt, the Product is inspected to verify whether it is in the same condition as when it was sent. If any damage caused by misuse is detected, the repair costs will be added to the rental fee.

-        The rental fee and any potential repair costs will be deducted from the Deposit, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer within fifteen days. In this case, only an invoice for rental and/or repair will be issued.

-        If the Lessee does not return the Product or does not initiate the return process at the end of the rental period, it will be deemed that the Product has been purchased, the deposit will be considered the purchase price, and the Product will be invoiced to the Lessee.

Purchase Option

If the Lessee wishes to purchase the Product:

-       If the Lessee decides to purchase the rented Product, the paid deposit will be considered as the purchase price, and the Product will be invoiced to the Lessee.

-        If the Lessee wishes to purchase a new, unused Product, the rented Product must be returned under the conditions stated above, and a new Product may be ordered through the website.

Miscellaneous

By adding the rental product to the shopping cart on the website and completing the purchase, the Lessee is deemed to have accepted all of the above terms and conditions.
