Refund policy

At Lukah R&D Team, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences with every product. However, given the unique nature of our offerings, we have established specific policies for returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

At Lukah, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided that the items are unused and remain in their original condition.

If you wish to return an unused product within this period, please contact us at support@lukaheu.com to obtain return authorization.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our designated return address, and return shipping costs are not covered. A 20% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your refund amount.

Used Lukah units are not eligible for return or refund once they have been operated.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
